Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, skin allergies, or who are pregnant must consult a doctor before booking. It is your responsibility to notify your therapist of any physical ailments or concerns prior to the session.

We maintain a professional, therapeutic environment. Any form of harassment, inappropriate language, or misconduct toward our staff will result in the immediate termination of the session. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the individual may be permanently banned from all our outlets.

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payments for “Best Deal” packages must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure online payment gateway or at our physical reception.

Bookings made via our website are subject to availability. While we make every effort to pair you with your preferred masseur, we reserve the right to provide an alternative qualified therapist if your requested choice becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

[Appserved Reflexology] and its employees shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, or property loss/damage sustained during or after your visit, except in cases of proven gross negligence. We recommend that guests keep all valuables in their possession or in the provided lockers at their own risk.
